The GeoAI Research Center at Ghent University is pleased to invite you to the 1st International Conference on Geospatial Artificial Intelligence (GeoAI 2026), which will take place in Ghent, Belgium, on 3–5 June 2026.

Geospatial Artificial Intelligence (GeoAI), grounded in GIScience, computer science, and related fields, is an emerging discipline that aims to enable machines to learn, reason, and analyze geospatial data in ways similar to humans, and even beyond human capabilities. GeoAI 2026 aims to provide a platform for scholars, researchers, and professionals from academia, industry, and government to meet, interact, and exchange knowledge, experiences, plans, and ideas on how GeoAI can be advanced and how it will influence both science and society.

You are invited to submit an extended abstract (600–1200 words) via the EasyChair website by 20 January 2026. All submissions will be reviewed by at least three members of the Program Committee. Accepted contributions will be invited for either oral or poster presentation (as decided by the Program Committee).
