Organisation: ESA

Call about the activities to be executed and the deliverables required by the European Space Agency (“ESA” or the “Agency”) in relation to Space Resilience Nodes (SRN) User Needs Studies in line with the SRN workplan 2026 within the European Resilience from Space – Earth Observation (ERS-EO) Element 2 Programme.

These Studies are a first step towards establishing new SRNs within Participating States, leveraging on ESA’s emerging SRN Reference Framework. Space Resilience Nodes are defined as a user segment comprising digital, physical, and human components, which together enable rapid access to a suite of space-enabled solutions for Public Protection and Disaster Relief.
The Studies aim to understand the needs of Public Protection and Disaster Relief stakeholders in Participating States, so as to tailor the SRN Reference Framework to the national context, and pave the way towards SRN deployment therein.
