About your role
Due to IGS's continued success in attracting new business, their immediate need is to appoint experienced mapping geologists with project management experience and high-level computer skills for IGS's Saudi Arabia Technical Partner Project for the Saudi Geological Survey. Applicants must have field-based mapping skills in a range of geological environments, especially in areas of high-grade basement terranes with a complex tectonic history. The role will include the supervision of geological mapping contractors and apply quality control measures and certify contractors' deliverables on behalf of the client. Applicants will also be required to assist management and where necessary, lead the IGS mapping/quality-control team. The roles involve a high level of working effectively in a team.
