The Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS) is to hold its eighth General Assembly on 10-13 June 2024.

The event will consist of plenary sessions, cross-cutting discussions, side meetings and opportunities for networking, with speakers and panelists from leading international research institutes and service partner organisations. The GA will commence with break-out sessions running from 10 June (PM) to 11 June (full day). Plenary sessions are scheduled on Wednesday 12 and Thursday 13 June (full day).  Exact timings will be provided in the coming weeks on the webpage under the Agenda section.

Participation is free and open to anyone interested in attending, but priority will be given to CAMS contractors and users. Please note that this event is primarily a face-to-face event, online participation will be limited to livestreaming of the plenary sessions.

Registration for the event is moderated. We will review all expressions of interest and confirm onsite or online participation via email. We encourage you to register as soon as possible to reserve your place. We recommend applicants not to make any arrangements until their place is confirmed.

The registration deadline for the onsite attendance is 31 May 2024 (EOB). After this date, it will still be possible to register to watch the plenary sessions online.

The event will take place at Les Ateliers des Tanneurs (rue des Tanneurs 60A, 1000 Bruxelles) and include catered coffee, lunch breaks and a networking dinner. However, participants are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation costs. A joint social event is scheduled on the evening of 12 June.
