As of 1 January 2025, the longstanding French-Belgian agreement that enabled institutional access to Pléiades satellite data via the Pléiades4Belgium platform has officially ended. However, Belgian research institutes conducting non-commercial projects can continue to obtain Pléiades imagery through the DINAMIS platform (Dispositif Institutionnel National d'Accès Mutualisé en Imagerie Satellitaire), coordinated by the French space agency CNES.
Please note:
- This offer is only valid for Belgian research institutes (not public administrations);
- The data must be used strictly for non-commercial research purposes.
- The user licenses associated with Pléiades imagery obtained through DINAMIS are different from those under the former French-Belgian agreement. You can consult the applicable terms here.

Funding
Institutes purchasing data at their own expense may register with DINAMIS and place orders directly, without BELSPO involvement.
However, for researchers working within a BELSPO-funded project, we have put in place a procedure that allows the cost of the data to be covered by the Belgian Earth Observation programme at BELSPO:
New Access Procedure for BELSPO-funded research projects

We warmly invite Belgian researchers to explore this new avenue for accessing high-quality satellite imagery. Whether you're monitoring land use, tracking environmental change, or supporting scientific innovation, Pléiades data remains a powerful resource—now just a few steps away.
For any questions or guidance, don't hesitate to reach out to the Belgian Earth Observation team at stereo@belspo.be.
