The latest edition of the annual Highly Cited Researchers list has been published, recognizing outstanding scientists whose work has had significant global impact. These researchers have:
- Authored multiple Highly Cited Papers, ranking in the top 1% by citations for their field and publication year in the Web of Science Core Collection;
- Demonstrated broad and meaningful scientific influence that extends beyond limited citations or local relevance;
- Been evaluated over an extensive period of 11 years using journal-indexed data.
The STEREO team is proud to announce that four researchers affiliated with Belgian institutions—and currently or formerly involved in STEREO-funded projects—have been included in this prestigious list:
