With each new year, many resolve to get their body into shape. The same can be said for EuroGEO, Europe’s contribution to the inter-governmental Group on Earth Observations (GEO) and its global system of systems (GEOSS).

Research projects like e-Shape work on the technologies to access and exploit EO data, including PROBA-V observations, to help define the suite of Essential Agriculture Variables (EAVs) for monitoring agricultural systems globally, in the context of GEO’s GEOGLAM initiative. The team behind PROBA-V present this important work at the upcoming GEO Data and Knowledge Week in February, taking place in… Beijing.
