Women in Copernicus - follow-up survey

#Copernicus, #STEREO

Published on 24 January 2022

Women in Copernicus launched a second survey at the end of 2021 to enlarge its audience, and in particular to include men in our thinking about gender in Copernicus.

This survey addresses gender equity and will gather male and female opinions. If you have already filled the first survey, you’ll have only few new questions and we’ll combine the responses from both surveys.

The survey is available on Women in Copernicus website. You can still participate until 31 January 2022.

Women are part of the Copernicus experience.

They are not always visible but they are present in the production flow of the Copernicus / Earth Observation / Geoinformation (Copernicus /EO/GI) domains. This project aims to give them a voice and a face but also attracts girls in STEM careers.

This survey is addressed to all people working or having worked with Copernicus data or in the Copernicus domain of activities. The survey includes 7 sections (demographics, background and career, barriers, facilitators, education choices, gender stereotypes and final). It should only take 15 minutes to answer. Thank you for your time and interest in this initiative.
